Festival Foods – Event Food Service: Let Festival Foods take care of your next event!
We cater sporting events, parties, gatherings, and business meetings.
Location Requirements
- Events must be held on private property at this time.
- Public property events are welcome only if you already have a licensed concession stand (which typically includes a food license).
- At least 1 day’s notice is required to prepare.
Booking & Pricing
- Book the $200 Event Package to secure your date.
- I need to earn a total of $200 at the event.
- The $200 secures the event date as the deposit, and works as follows:
- If I make $300, you get the $200 back because I made over $200.
- If I make $150, you owe $50 which you will receive $150 back from the $200 deposit
- If catering an event, and the guests are not buying, you will have to contact me for what food will be served, whether any wait staff is needed, and payment must be paid before the event.
- If I make $300, you get the $200 back because I made over $200.
Setup Details
- For outdoor events, space is needed to park my food trailer.
- I will set up a tent and a serving table inside or out.
- Please let me know if electricity is available; otherwise, I will bring a generator. If indoors, I will have to use long extension cords to reach an outlet or a generator this is sitting outside.

Black-Tie or Formal Events
- Beer, wine, and select cocktails can be served.
- You provide a list of what you want served.
- I do not have a liquor license — you must supply all spirits.
