🛠️ Our Services & Pricing

Standard Lawn Mowing & Trimming: Includes full lawn cut, precise string trimming around structure/fences, and complete blowing of driveways, sidewalks, patios, and street curb areas. (Minimum service charge: $20.00)
Tree & Bush Trimming: Shrub shaping and light tree branch trimming.
Leaf Cleanup: $100 per day (1-day minimum).
Major Yard Cleanup: $250 per day (for heavily overgrown lots, storm debris, or extensive clutter).
Yard Prep/Debris Pickup: $24.00/hour (1-hour minimum) for excessive loose debris pickup prior to mowing.
Water pressure test. $45. Your plumbing must be complete with no open pipes.
Pine cone pickup. $0.25 per pine cone picked up and removed from your property.

📍 Service Area & Scheduling

Service Area: Servicing within 20 miles of ZIP code 31501 (Waycross, GA). Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 20 miles.
Turnaround: Services are generally completed within 48 hours of request, weather and schedule permitting.
Mowing Equipment & Gate Access: All mowing is completed using commercial riding mowers. Backyard gates must have an opening of at least 43 inches. Because push mowers are not used, areas inaccessible by riding mower cannot be mowed.

📋 Preparing for Your Service

To ensure a safe and thorough job, please complete the following before your appointment:

Clear the Yard: Remove toys, tools, hoses, pet items, trash, ropes, chains, extension cords, and pine cones.
Secure Pets: Please keep all pets indoors or safely secured away from the lawn area.
Note: We are not responsible for damage to personal property left in the yard that is struck by mowing equipment.

💡 Obstacles & Trimming Policies

Standard pricing includes routine trimming around your home, main fence line, and 1–2 standard trees.

To account for extra time and wear, yards requiring extensive extra trimming around numerous obstacles incur a fee of $0.50 per obstacle. Examples include:

Multiple trees, shrubs, or flower beds
Landscape borders & decorative features
Outdoor furniture, playground equipment, or park vehicles
Wood piles or fire hydrants

🌱 Lawn Health & Care Policies

3-Inch Minimum Cut Height: We exclusively cut lawns at 3 inches or higher. Mowing shorter weakens grass roots, dries out soil, and promotes weed growth. A 3-inch cut guarantees a thicker, greener, and more drought-resistant lawn.
Grass Clippings: Clippings are blown back onto the turf whenever practical to naturally return valuable organic nutrients to your soil.
Lawn Care Consultations & Advice:
- Bare Spots / Acidic Soil: If your lawn suffers from thin patches, topsoil top-dressing, overseeding, or lawn lime applications can restore density. Lawn pH evaluations are available for an added consultation fee.
- Sod & Irrigation: For heavily damaged lawns, full sod installation is recommended. We also recommend automatic timers for deep, early-morning watering routines.

💳 Payment Options & Terms

Electronic invoices are sent upon job completion via email or text. Payment is due upon completion of service.
