Description
Yard Clean-up – We will take down the small scrub brush trees and mow the yard. We will place all the trees and logs in the front yard by the street for city removal.
Residence clean out – We will remove all the trash out of the property. We do not repair the property at all. We will vacuum, clean the windows, and clean the bathrooms and kitchen. The cost is $250 per 8 hrs.
Now if you have a lot of items to be thrown away, You can provide a big dumpster or I can charge you for one. The cost is determined of how much stuff is to be thrown away by weighing the items. There will be a charge of $275 for the drop off and pickup of trash bin and $65 per ton of trash. Contact me so I can come and see to give you a realistic price. Some of these properties can take up to 3 days to clean all up.
