You are starting or taking over an apartment complex or some commercial property and you need a great program to run it.

It has A/P, A/R, Inventory, Card, logs, inventory, and payroll.
You have different options.
You can buy 1 license or 5.
I will set you up with the program and show you how to run the program. It is a very simple program. Make sure you have your computer equipment purchased. I will set the program up and teach you for the rest of the day how it works.
$249 for 1 license and for a 5 pack $999 and time of 5 hours = $200.00
If you need more than 1 license you will have to get an IT guy in there to set up a small server. This has to be done before I get there.
5 pack of licenses is $1200 which includes the rest of the day teaching you how it works. Again super simple program.
The best way to start I like to start is to:
Start a brand new Checking account from a bank or credit union on Jan 2. or just not to carry over from the previous year. The best way to start is showing you how to balance that first checking account and along the way showing you a/r and a/p and how everything comes together.
If this is an apartment complex, I can show you how to set up each person in the system to have the tenant’s rent to be created automatically each month.
If this is small to a medium retail store or another store, I can show you how this can be a point of sale system.
The only thing I am not well versed in is the payroll. I can tell you how to process the payroll, but not where to send the taxes to, etc.
