What are mailings? You are a person or business who wants to send out a number of mailings to people, businesses, or potential customers and you just don’t have the time or manpower to do it.

What would I send out? Marketing material, statements, advertisements such as newsletters, and payroll.

Let’s take an example of you sending a 1-page double-sided colored marketing page to an upcoming event on August 1.

First; let’s make sure you start this project at the beginning of July to ensure everybody gets this mailing in time.

Things to consider:

Make the double-sided marketing page and either print them out and mail them here or send me a file and I will print them here.

The next item is to send me the mailing list of who you want this sent to in a text or excel format via email.

The next item is if you have a stamps.com account or if I can use mine is the following cost.

Lastly is the labor cost to get this done which will include the cost of stuffing the envelopes. Do not pre-stuff the envelopes and consider what type of envelopes such as solid envelopes or windowed envelopes as the address and postage have to be printed on the envelope first.

I will send out an invoice you can pay on a secure server and the project will start as soon as I get all the material here.
