If you pick it up, the delivery charge will be refunded.
If you actually want it shipped out of the area, I can send out an additional delivery invoice. However, it will be in pieces and not put together so you will have to assemble it. You will need a drill or Philipps screwdriver. Not necessary but helps is a level and a 2nd person, tape measure to make sure you have it square when you start assembling it.
You should wait to paint it after it is assembled, otherwise, warping could happen.
