If water isn’t making the grass come back. It has died.

FYI
Your yard will be mowed like normal. It will not be aerated. The grass seed will be dropped from a spreader on the property that you have chosen. I will stay and water your whole yard (unless your address is prohibited from that day or time from watering), but you need to water your property after 6 pm so the sun will not bake/boil the grass seed through the water droplets. You should water your yard for about an hour a night every night for about 3 weeks.
If you don’t have irrigation installed on your property, you then should get 4 hoses and 2 Expert Gardener Metal 2-Way “Y” Shut-off Hose Connectors from Walmart for about $4 each and 2 of some type of sprinklers so your yard and seeds keep wet so they grow.
If you are still forgetful, you should get two Orbit Irrigation Mechanical Watering Sprinkler Timer, Metal for $15 each so the water comes on automatically.
You might need a Change your frequency for mowing for now to at least a month to give it time to germinate and grow, and sure nobody ever has 100% germination growth but hopefully, unless you have pesky birds you should have at least 75% germination.
