You and/or your company have been displaced by fire, flood, hurricane, or tornado, but you still need to take the calls from your customers, we can take over for you. We can take your calls for placing an order, finding out where their package is, and other misc items. We will be your temporary customer service line.
We charge $24 per hour per person The higher the call volume, I will add people. We will take an initial $500 down This is only for the United States of America, we are not doing international at this time.
Next, you will have to get your customers to us. You will need to update your message line to say something like; We are having problems with our office due to the Hurricane, could you please call the following number: xxx-xxx-xxxx or you will have to contact your telephone carrier to forward your calls to another number. Or if your phone service has the ability you can go in and forward your calls to another number.
I have worked with the American Red Cross taking donations during a crisis. I didn’t take any percentages from the donation, only the hourly fee charged. 
I have worked with dealerships, taking messages from customers and passing them on to service managers finding out the status of there vehicles, and setting up appointments for oil changes, brakes, and other vehicle repairs.
Or we can log onto your webpage and take orders directly from your customers.
Or if you don’t want us to have access to your computer system, we can email over orders and your personnel can finalize the order. We can import your products and prices. When we take an order you can see a sales order to finish processing on your side.
