Description
Our professional cleaning service specializes in removing dirt and grime from personal garbage cans and business waste corral areas, ensuring a fresh and sanitary environment. We can efficiently clean within 100 feet of the work site. Please ensure that there’s an accessible water spigot nearby, as we use a high-pressure machine and an electrical outlet 110v for optimal results. Let us help you maintain a cleaner, healthier space! This should help keep animals and bugs away from your trash can(s)
We do not haul the trash away, and the service should only take about 1/2 an hour
- Cleaning supplies:Â All-purpose cleaner, disinfectant spray, baking soda, sponge, microfiber towel, or bristled scrub brush with a long handle
- Rinsing supplies:Â Garden hose or bathtub
- Safety equipment:Â Rubber glovesÂ
RECOMMENDATION: SET UP MONTHLY SERVICE TO CLEAN YOUR MAIN GARBAGE CANS. In the notes when ordering, let me know the day after your trash has been emptied and if you would like to set up a monthly service. Once only, once a month, once every other month.
Example:  Trash is emptied on Thursday, so set up for Friday. I also would like to set up a recurring service for every other month. You will receive a bill in your email that you can pay securely, manually or add your credit card to auto-bill. You can cancel or modify the service at any time.
Here are some tips for cleaning a trash can:Â
-
Frequency
How often you clean your trash can depends on how often it’s used. Outdoor trash cans should be cleaned seasonally and at least twice per year, kitchen garbage cans should be cleaned quarterly or at least twice per year, and indoor trash cans should be cleaned on an as-required basis.Â
-
Odor removal
To get rid of stinky odors, you can use a vinegar solution mixed in hot water and let it sit for about an hour. You can also use baking soda.Â
-
Drying
Make sure the can is completely dry before putting a new trash bag in to avoid trapping moisture and causing mold.Â
-
Washing location
Avoid washing bins where children play or frequently bed because they may track germs indoors.Â
-
Emptying waterPick a discreet, unkempt spot in your yard to empty out the water from your bin, as it is toxic and can damage your lawn.Â
