Standard Parking Space SizeIn North America, the standard parking space dimensions are 9 feet wide by 18 feet long. Parking lot aisles will have a space between rows ranging between 14 to 24 feet, depending on whether they’re a one-way or a two-way aisle. The linear feet per 1 parking space is 9+18+18=45 feet.
You can have the size any size you want unless city ordinances prevent that. But as vehicles get bigger, you might want to have wider parking spots to accommodate the bigger vehicles.
