Instructions:

Soak feet in warm, soapy water to soften skin for easier removal of dry skin.
Use the inside of the foot file to remove rough dry skin and calluses on heels and balls of feet. File in an up and down motion allowing the curve of the file to wrap your foot.
Use the back side of the file in a similar manner to smooth skin for a silky finish.
