Description
Enjoying a slice of Avocado Toast is such an easy and healthy way to start off the morning or as a midday snack. It comes together in 5 minutes or less and there are so many fun and delicious ways to change it up so you’ll never get bored.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 pieces of whole-grain bread
- lemon
- salt & pepper to taste
- red chili flakes to taste
Instructions

Cut the avocado in half and remove pit, then scoop out flesh of avocado into a small bowl. Mash up avocado with a fork, leaving it slightly chunky.

Toast 2 bread slices in toaster.

Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toast.

Top off with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt & pepper and red chili flakes.
