Description

New store or out at the flea market with customers to pay in person?

Power your entire business | Square

I can come out and set up your Squareup Account, so you can charge, get payments, and keep track of your inventory and sales for each day for 1 hr increments.   It should not take more than 2 hrs.  $24 per hour within 20 miles of Waycross, GA.

What you need to do next before I get to your location is to enter all your inventory into a spreadsheet, so I can upload your inventory.  Let’s say you sell T-shirts

Headers:    Catagory     Sku     Item     Price

Tshirt 1 – 02354 – Blue T-shirt – $19.99

Book – 458798 – How to make tshirts – $9.99

ect.

We can tweak the settings for sizes of the t-shirt and other products that have multiple attributes like size and color.

This is the cheapest way to have a front POS system for the front of your shop to take payments from your customers.  You can use your plain old computer, laptop, and/or cellphone or tablet.

Now you need to choose how you will collect credit card payments:

  1. Take cash or  text a payment link to their phone or manually take a credit card

    1. Use a simple card reader for $15.99,  Image B.  You can send a receipt as a text or print it out on a regular printer

    2. Use just a little bit more advanced Square Reader for contactless and chip,  $55.00, Image C.  You can send a receipt as a text or print it out on a regular printer

    3. Even more advanced; Square Terminal – Credit Card Machine to Accept All Payments | Mobile POS;  Image D; $325; insert or tap credit card and a receipt printer is built in.

  2. You need a cash drawer.  Just a simple twist of the key opens the drawer. $19.99;  Image A

  3. Or for the whole shabang, get a Square Register, for $799.00.  It comes with all of this  Square Register Video. Image E;   Plug in optional cash drawers, receipt printers, order ticket printers, or bar code scanners and get up and running instantly.
  4. Lastly, you need a scanner; $55; if you have a large inventory; Image f
  5. What you do next after you add the setup charge, is add the extras you need.  See below for your options.
